We started Xenotiq because running HR shouldn't mean juggling five tools and a shared spreadsheet just to get everyone paid on time.
Our story
Xenotiq started after watching HR teams lose entire weeks every month reconciling attendance, chasing approvals, and re-entering the same employee data across disconnected tools.
We're building Xenotiq to be the one place that handles payroll, attendance, leave and performance together, so information entered once shows up everywhere it's needed, correctly, every time.
We're early — right now we're working closely with our first HR teams to shape the product around how they actually run payroll, not how we assumed they would.
